1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to nk022. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and nk022 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nk022 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the nk022 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds and any winnings, minus any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a gaming outcome, sports event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds, free bets, free spins, or other incentives credited to a User's Account, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User from an external payment source into their nk022 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity, age, and residential status.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's nk022 Account Balance to an external payment destination.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nk022 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and while using the Services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not have previously had your Account suspended or terminated by nk022 for violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on nk022. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all Bets, forfeit all Balances, and withhold any winnings. This restriction includes the use of different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices in an attempt to circumvent this policy.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify nk022 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified us of a security breach and we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.

4. Identity Verification (KYC) and Account Verification

nk022 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of our regulatory obligations and fraud prevention measures, we require all Users to complete identity verification procedures. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of Deposits, Withdrawals, and gaming activities. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submitting falsified or doctored documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Funding Your Account

5.1 Deposit Methods

nk022 supports various payment methods for Indonesian players, including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. We do not impose maximum Deposit limits; however, your payment provider may enforce their own transaction limits.

5.2 Processing Times and Fees

Most Deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. In rare cases, Deposits may be delayed due to payment provider processing times or security reviews. nk022 does not charge fees for Deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. You acknowledge that Deposit processing times displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activities. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods, including but not limited to bank accounts, credit cards, or e-wallets belonging to another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, Deposit confiscation, and forfeiture of any winnings.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a Withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC-compliant), and you must have met all wagering requirements associated with any active Bonuses. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and maximum Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account status and VIP tier. We reserve the right to impose additional Withdrawal restrictions in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

6.2 Processing Times

nk022 strives to process Withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB). Larger Withdrawal amounts may require additional security verification and may take longer to process, typically up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to delay Withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or bonus abuse.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

nk022 does not charge fees for standard Withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own fees for incoming transfers, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to deduct a processing fee from Withdrawals in cases where a User has not met reasonable wagering turnover requirements, defined as wagering at least 1x the deposited amount before requesting a Withdrawal.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 Bonus Terms

nk022 offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time of the Bonus offer and form part of these Terms by incorporation. It is your responsibility to read and understand all Bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the Bonus amount or the sum of the Deposit and Bonus. For example, a Rp 100,000 Bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total Bets before associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in the Bonus terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

nk022 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus, as well as any winnings derived from Bonus funds, if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, exploiting software errors or loopholes, coordinated betting with other Users, using automated betting systems, or any other activity that we deem to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Users found guilty of Bonus abuse will have their Accounts terminated and all funds forfeited.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All Bets are subject to acceptance by nk022. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we suspect fraudulent activity, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds, or where Bets exceed our maximum stake limits. Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User, except in cases where we offer a Cash Out feature.

8.2 Odds and Results

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the Bet is confirmed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an obvious error (commonly known as a "palpable error"), such as incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical glitches, we reserve the right to void all affected Bets, even after the event has concluded. Settlement of Bets is based on official results published by the relevant sports authority, league, or game provider.

8.3 Game Integrity

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games offered on nk022 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that ensures fair and unpredictable outcomes. We prohibit the use of any automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software designed to exploit the Platform. Users found using such tools will have their Accounts immediately suspended and all winnings voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

nk022 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. 10. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using the Services for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraud of any kind
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Depositing funds from stolen or fraudulent sources
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or staff members

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

nk022 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Users. In the event of Account termination, we will return any remaining Balance (excluding any Bonus funds or winnings derived from violations) to you, minus any amounts owed to nk022. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Account suspension or termination where such action is taken in accordance with these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the nk022 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of nk022 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nk022 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or winnings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to damages arising from technical failures, server outages, payment processing errors, or any other interruption of service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nk022, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your Bets or gaming activities, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nk022 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

16. Amendments to Terms

nk022 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and nk022 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
